Tim Hoover
Founder/CEO - The ULTIMATE BOARDER™ is the vision of Tim Hoover, who was raised in Goleta, California, and spent his childhood surfing and skateboarding. This lifestyle gave him the feelings of freedom and escape he longed for and the peace and clarity he needed.

Jeff Atlas
Event Producer - Jeff Atlas is a veteran producer, with more than fifteen years of professional experience. He will oversee the management of all ULTIMATE BOARDER™ logistics and managing the production of all three surf, skate and snow competitions.

Darren Brilhart
Surf Event Director - Darren Brilhart was a former U.S. Tour professional surfer from 1986-1992. He has been involved in the surf industry for over 20 years, working in team, events and promotions management with companies such as; Maui and Son's, Quicksilver, and Rusty. Darren will coordinate and direct all logistics for the surf competitions.

Brad J
Announcer / Host - Brad J has surfed, Skated, and Snowboarded California for over 2 decades. Brad J has also competed in N.S.S.A (National Scholastic Surfing Association), C.A.S.L.(California Amateur Skateboard League) and Snowboarding Amateur Contests since 1991.
